Description

Probably Samuel Barham, 1892. Asymmetrical 2-storey, 5-bay
pair of dwellings. Concrete, rendered and lined as ashlar.
Wide projecting gabled bay at SW, with wide 2-light windows
in ground and 1st floors. Entrance in re-entrant angle, and
further entrance to rear. Wide centre gabled dormer (lighting
2 rooms); blind ground and 1st floor windows in west gable;
pronounced hoodmoulds to some ground floor windows;
multi-pane glazing; pair wide-corniced ridge stacks; slate
roof with overhanging eaves.
Single storey rectangular wash-house range to rear with open
centre drying court; also rendered concrete; end stack; slate
roof.
