Description

Samuel Barham, 1873. Pair single storey dwellings, H-plan,
with long 6-bay SE facing front elevation. All rendered
concrete. Slightly advanced outer bays to SE elevation, each
with rectangular bay window, with piended roof tucked beneath
projecting bargeboarded gables. Simple irregular 4-bay
flanks, each with entrance. 2- and 3-light front windows with
wooden mullions; multi-pane glazing; large centre front
wallhead corniced stack rising from slight projection in
centre elevation; pair corniced ridge stacks; slate roofs
with deep eaves, projecting as partially glazed canopy
linking outer bays to form shallow front verandah.
