Description

Late 18th century octagonal tower dovecot on square base
housing round headed archway to former farm square. Harl
pointed rubble, ashlar dressings. 6 flight holes grouped in
centre (south) wall, entrance centre rear; plain eaves
cornice; octagonal ogee slate roof with centre fish wind vane
(direction pointers gone).
Interior; nesting boxes and centre tree of potence (revolving
ladder) Flanking coped rubble walls.

Statement of Interest

Dovecote, archway and flanking walls only listed. Former

farm buildings largely demolished.
