Description

A Maitland and Sons, 1892-3. Gothic. Coursed dressed rubble
front, rubble flanks, tooled dressings. Symmetrical gabled
east front flanked by projecting bowed gallery stair wings;
centre projecting gabled porch with pointed, moulded doorway
and small nookshafts. 2 windows above with geometric tracery
linked by continuous hood-mould; angle pilasters with
terminating cylindrical pinnacles; small apex wheel window and
finialled bellcote above. 6-bay flanks with narrow pointed
headed lancets. Vestry wing centre west gable (rear); slate
roof with triangular louvred vents; tiled ridge crest.
Galleried interior.
