Description

Possibly W L Carruthers circa 1905. 2-storey, 3-bay Arts and
Crafts house. Harled with bell-cast, red tile-hanging between
ground and 1st floor of the bows flanking wide, tripartite
central door (cornice shallow arched over door, straight over
side lights). Casement windows with small panes.
Roof swept over deep eaves. Westmoreland slate piended roof,
red ridge and Arts and Crafts finials, 3 corniced stacks.
Rear projection and extension.
