Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan house with addition to rear and garage to side; house adjoining to N. Cream harling with painted stone surrounds to openings. Raised window surrounds; quoin strips.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre with raised surround and cornice; single window at 1st floor above. Bipartite windows with timber mullions in bay to left and at ground in bay to right. Single window at 1st floor in bay to right.

S ELEVATION: single window at 1st floor; lean-to garage.

E (REAR) ELEVATION: partially seen: 2-storey flat-roofed addition to outer right; single window at 1st floor to centre.

12-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; harled gablehead stacks to N and S.
