Earlier 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage.
Rubble, rendered margins. Centre entrance; 4-pane glazing;
small centre, circa 1900, triangular dormer with margined
glazing. Coped end stacks; felt tile roof with red tile ridge
and dormer apex finial.
Flat roofed extension at rear.
