Description

Circa 1800. Squared and coursed, granite ashlar walled garden approximately 90m x 90m, with shaped ashlar coping. Rubble exterior to N wall, central dividing wall. Large pointed arched gateway to S with moulded architraves, set in advanced panel with corbel course. Ruinous pavilion to N with large segmental arch.

SUNDIAL: remounted, 6-sided, facet-headed sundial, hollowed with cups, hearts, trefoils and triangles on columnar shaft, to centre of garden.
