Description

Probably John Smith c. 1845. Octagonal, harled brick, granite belt course, cornice and crenellated parapet; 3 stages, tall shallow semi-circular arched recesses in middle stage, square windows at top. Brick well with wooden spiral stair, now collapsed. Ruinous.
