Early 19th century gothick cottage. S. front 2-storey
3-window, ogee centre gablet, low 1st floor; 4-centre arched
windows with cavetto splays, traceried sashes, granite early
Victorian matching porch; roof swept down in cavetto piends
to single-storey and attic E. and W. flanks with canted bays
(probably of same date as porch) S.W. and S.E. Harled with
grey granite dressings. Regency interior work.

Statement of Interest

The garden formerly contained two octagonal gazebos. One was

noted as being 18th century in 1st provisional list but is no

longer extant.
