Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey with basement and attic, 3-bay bow-ended cottage. Painted rubble. Painted margins to openings; timber bargeboarding to attic windows.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: step to entrance; modern timber door. Single windows at basement, ground and attic to outer right. 2 single windows to left.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: modern timber and glass door to centre at basement; single window aligned above at ground floor; small oculus beneath eaves to outer right. Modern timber and glass door at basement to outer left; single windows at ground and attic floors.

Plate glass, 4- and 12-pane timber sash and case windows; stained window to left of entrance; small oculus to SW; rooflight. Grey bow ended slate roof.

INTERIORS: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: coped painted rubble boundary wall to Dinvin Street; decorative railings to Main Street
