Description

Earlier 19th century. Roadbridge, single wide segmental arch
high above Water of Milk. Coursed rubble with red ashlar
dressings; rusticated voussoirs continued as channelled
soffit, thin pilaster strips flank arch; band course below
straight parapets, latter coped, with shallow pyramidal caps
over pilaster strips and at terminals. Lade to mill carried
through low archway on NW abutment.

Now by-passed and mainly used by estate traffic.
