Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey and attic asymmetrical gabled farmhouse. Squared and snecked whin. Bull-faced granite margins and long and short quoins. Overhanging eaves.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: gable to left and lower gable advanced to right. Replacement panelled door at centre, recessed between gables. 2-light window, with later concrete mullion, at ground floor and small window in gablehead to left gable. 2-light window at ground floor and small window in gablehead to right gable.

S ELEVATION: 2-light window to left and right. Modern glasshouse at centre.

N ELEVATION: window to left. Jamb of outbuilding adjoined to right, forming L-plan; stone forestair to door in N gable; door to right, window to left and modern flat-roofed addition at centre to E return.

W ELEVATION: 2-light window at ground floor and window at 1st floor to gable advanced to right. 3 windows to left. Diamond-pane glazing in sash and case, and casement windows; some 4-pane glazing. Graded grey slates. Granite ridge diamond stacks, at centre to S roof, and to each roof of L-plan. Dormer window to E and W pitches of jamb.
