1901. Single storey rubble-built 3-bay laundry with square
timber tower to S. Windows with top-hopper opening. 9-pane
glazing pattern
Rear elevation with projecting flat-roofed glazed porch to
right.
Square plan timber-framed and clapboard tower clockface to W,
bracketed eaves, swept slate roof, weathervane.
Slate roof, ceramic cresting.
