Description

Late 18th century. Former inn, symmetrical front with
2-storey, 3-bay central block flanked by single storey wings.
Harled with raised painted margins. Paired central doorways,
that to right blocked. Tripartite windows flank doors, sash
and case with plate glass glazing, single light windows to
1st and wings, sash and case with 12-pane glazing (plate
glass to pavilions). Sandstone skews, right wing piend-roofed
with sandstone ridges, coped end stacks to 2-storey block.
Slate roofs.
