Description

John Coltart, architect, circa 1875. Pair of symmetrical

2-storey 3-bay houses with Tudor features. Stugged pinkish

coursers, polished dressings; Tudor-arched openings, mostly hood-moulded. Each house has advanced and gabled inner bay,

central panelled door with fanlight and corbelled oriel

above; bipartites in outer bays; gabled dormer heads at 1st

floor on front and on rear elevation. Corniced end and axial

stacks; slate roof.
