Earlier 19th cent. 2 storeys. Rubble Piended slated roof.
Platformed top. Pilasters at corners and doorways. 1-
storey bay windows. Older house, corbie-stepped, at
rear.

Statement of Interest

Probably built for Dr. Andrew Coventry (1762-1830),

Professor of Agriculture, who owned Shanwell Estate.
