Dated 1709 at skewputts, belonged to old house of Powmill.
Rectangular double compartment 26' 6" x 12' 10", 623 stone
boxes each compartment. Harled, recently restored.

Statement of Interest

The gardener's cottage nearby was designed by Sir R.S.

Lorimer when an apprentice; small 2 storey harled, upper

storey half-timbered with piended dormer heads.
