Description

Later 19th century. Group of 3 horizontal mills sited close to shore, S mill complete to wallhead with NW corner built on rock outcrop, 2 mills to NE in advanced state of ruin. Drystone rubble walls. Mills conformed to standard arrangement of rectangular gabled drystone rubble building containing upper and lower houses with square openings to inlet and outlet. Roofless (1996).
