Description

Later 18th century. Single span, round-arched road bridge. Rubble construction, irregular dressed voussoirs. Low parapet with rubble coping.

Statement of Interest

The bridge is probably contemporary with others in Tealing Parish which may derive from the agricultural improvements and drainage schemes of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The bridge was widened to the S in circa 1985, and is listed for its group value.
