Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Harled and painted, with painted raised margins and basecourse. Central doorway, with 2-leaf boarded modern door with fanlight. All single light windows, sash and case with plate glass glazing. Graded slate roofs, coped end stacks, skews removed. 1 rooflight, 1 skylight. Rear not seen (1992).

Statement of Interest

Part of the Garlieston B group. Shown on OS map as No 25, though No 23 might appear more logical in terms of consecutive numbering. Formerly listed as 23, amended on 7 June 2004.
