Circa 1880. Single-storey and attic, asymmetrical, 2-bay gabled cottage. Rubble built with steep-pitched slated roofs and timber bracketted overhanging eaves.
S ELEVATION: full-height gabled bay to left, single-storey gabled entrance porch to right, with arched and chambered entrance, and boarded door with decorative wrought-iron hinges. Attic windows with straight-sided pointed arched lintels. End stacks. Single-storey piend-roofed rear wing, presumably a later addition. Timber sash and case plate-glass glazing, proportioned one-third (over) to two-thirds (below).
