Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. E elevation rendered; remaining elevations painted rubble. Raised margins and angle margins to E elevation.

E (OLD MINNIGAFF) ELEVATION: modern door, with fanlight, at centre. Window in outer bays.

N ELEVATION: window at centre.

S ELEVATION: window to left of centre.

W ELEVATION: window to left, small window at centre. Rubble and brick lean-to to right of centre, with door to left return.

12-pane glazing in sash and case windows. 2 modern flat-roofed dormers to E pitch, modern dormer to left to W pitch. Red sandstone coped skews. Painted rubble gablehead stacks. Graded grey slates. Octagonal cans.
