Description

Mid to later 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Rendered with raised surrounds to openings; concrete base course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway offset to left of centre; modern panelled door; letterbox fanlight; single winodws flanking at ground and 1st floors.

E (REAR) ELEVATION: modern conservatory adjoining at ground to left; stairwindow at centre; 2 windows at 1st floor.

12-pane sash and case windows to High Street; pivot windows to rear. Grey slate roof, sharing roofline with neighbouring Greengarth; brick mutual stacks. Concrete blockwork wall to back lane.

Statement of Interest

Forms part of Main Street B Group extending on E side from Dunbridge House to the Plough Hotel.
