Description

Mid to later 18th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay cottage forming part of irregular terrace. Harled. Battered base course; deep-set winodws.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: modern open porch in brick, timber and glass in central bay; raised surround to doorway; boarded door with glass panel. Window at 1st floor above. Single windows in bays to outer left and right. 1st floor windows under eaves.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, swept down to ground floor to rear; corniced stone stack to S; coped harled mutual stack to N; thackstanes.

Part of B Group formed by terrace between Craiglea and Twizel House.
