Description

Late 18th century with later alterations. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Bull-faced concrete blockwork to street.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; boarded door; single window at 1st floor above. Bipartite windows at ground in bays to outer left and right; single windows at 1st floor above.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped and rendered mutual stacks; brick coping to mutual gable wall.

Part of B Group formed by terrace between Craiglea and Twizel House.
