Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay house (formerly 2 houses) forming part of irregular terrace. Whinstone with painted long and short sandstone dressings.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway in 2nd bay from left; hardwood panelled door; single windows to both floors flanking doorway. Doorway made window to 3 evenly spaced bays at 1st floor above.

12-pane sash and case windows to 1st floor; plate glass to ground. Grey slate roof; coped mutual stacks. Rubble whinstone outbuilding with corrugated iron roof.

Part of B Group formed by terrace between Craiglea and Twizel House.
