Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house at end of irregular terrace. Whinstone rubble with contrasting stugged sandstone ashlar to principal E elevation. Raised surrounds to openings; long and short quoins.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; boarded door; letterbox fanlight; single window above. Single windows to both floors in bays to outer left and right.

N ELEVATION: M-gabled; bay to right recessed; stairwindow.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick gablehead stacks. OUTBUILDINGS: piend-roofed former stable to rear.

Part of B Group formed by terrace between Craiglea and Twizel House.
