Description

Early 19th century pair single storey cottages, now altered as single cottage. Rubble built, sttep gabled with distinctive brick detail at skews, slated roofs; end stacks, only that to over S gable original (red brick), centre and N stack regrettably rebuilt in modern brick.

W (STREET) ELEVATION: S cottage 3-bay; centre door, pair flanking 2-pane sash and case windows; N cottage 2-bay, with pair windows (that to right originally door).

Statement of Interest

Non-statutory Category C until 19 MArch 1984; reinstated at Category C(S) 1991.
