Description

Circa 1870. 3 storey and attic corner building, 3 bays to
Union Street, one canted angle bay, return elevation to
Bridge Street. Modern shops, wide door at angle. Granite
built. 1st floor windows with curved angles, paired and
stilted over canted angle with bracketted balcony and central
pier. 2nd floor windows segmental headed, paired with small
balcony at angle. Simple cornice, 3 pilastered dormers with
segmental heads, tripartite over angle with shaped gable
flanked by tall corniced stacks. Slated mansard roof.
