Description

Late 19th century, 4-storey and attic 3-bay commercial building with Dutch Renaissance detail. Granite. Modern shop front at ground. 2 storey bowed windows to outer bays 1st and 2nd floors, corbelled panel over 2nd centred window; 3rd floor outer bays flanked by engaged Roman Doric columns; 2 arched and keystoned windows divided by pilasters

to each bay, shaped gables above to attic with similar columns and apex aedicule; blind central bay 3rd and attic.
