Description

Late 19th century, four-storey and attic, three-bay building with a shop front at the ground floor. It is constructed in granite with Dutch Renaissance-style gables, finialled columns and apex aedicules at attic level.

The outer bays on the first and second floors have two-storey, bowed windows. The central, second floor window has a corbelled panel above. The third floor has two pairs of arched and keystoned windows divided by pilasters and a blind central bay. The outer bays are flanked by engaged Roman Doric columns.
