Description

1873-4 as Burgh Chambers. Victorian Renaissance, 2-storey 5
windows 1 floor with corinthian pilastered end bays,
alternating pediments, balastraded parapet; Corinthian
column porch with large coat of arms and balustrade over,
pend arch in west bay. Interior reconstructed after fire in
1906.
