Description

John Melvin & Son 1875.
Single-storey baronial, asymmetrical composition with
circular entrance tower, conical roof with belfry; basement
storey on south; red sandstone coursers, yellow sandstone
dressings, mullioned windows, crowstepped and slated; later
additions, interesting part nouveau housewifery department by
Kerr and McCulloch.
