William Kerr (John Melvin & Son) c.1902. Tall single-storey
attic and garret main block with high piended roofs lower
2-storey wing to road, tall 3-storey bowed tower with
broad-eaved conical roof in angle; timber Roman doric porch;
red stone, slated roof.
