Description

Circa 1840, altered 1985 and interior gutted. Corner building
with classical ornament. 2 storeys; 4-bay elevations,
pilastered at ground, architraved sash windows at 1st floor
(1 blind window survives with sashes and astragals cut in
stone). Red ashlar. Main door to High Street in 2nd bay;
continuous entablature above ground; main cornice; parapet
with guilloche ornament; wallhead stacks with square flues
linked by cornice; piended and platformed slated and leaded
roof.

On corner with Lady Street. Formerly with blind ground floor

windows.
