Description

Single storey villa with attic, basement to rear
Circa 1840. (W); L-plan
front with open porch in re-entrant angle supported on single
square monolithic column and pilaster; panelled door with
fanlight and sidelights. Droved red ashlar with polished
dressings. Architraved bipartite in advanced bay right, 3
single window bays and off-centre wide attic gable.
Small-paned glazing; cornice; parapet; axial stacks with
grouped octagonal flues; piended slate roofs.
Gatepiers with pedimented caps, low boundary wall formed from
upright ashlar slabs.
