Description

Earlier 19th century with later wing. Single storey, 3-bay building on corner of site. Red sandstone ashlar. Raised margins to openings; lintel course.

SCOTT STREET ELEVATION: Doorway to centre flanked by large window bays. SOLWAY STREET ELEVATION: Doorway to centre, large window bay to left, window to outer left. Carved stone street sign above window to left inscribed "Solway Street 1833". Round-arched niche in gable above doorway. Stack at gable apex. Later wing to outer right with 2 widely spaced windows. Gable return with stack at apex.

Windows boarded up. Grey slate roof. Roof light to centre on Scott Street elevation.
