Description

Circa 1835/40. 2-storey and (Edwardian) attic stugged
ashlar with margins, centre R-doric column door-piece
with niche over flanked by narrow windows; 1-window either
side, quoin ends; 'GIRNAL HOUSE' in good Victorian cast
lettering. Library and Institute additions. G.T. Ewing
1896.
