A. Heiton Sr. 1847. Italianate, very distinctive treatment.
2-storey stugged ashlar, E. entrance front 2-storey
3-window with porch, round headed niches at ground floor;
centre chimney, bracketted eaves. S. front has recessed
centre with balcony at 1st.
