Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-window, whin rubble with
ashlar dressings, architraved doorpiece with cornice and
cavetto splay, mid 19th century canted ground floor bays,
quion ends and moulded eaves course.

The burgh offices adjoining have been of similar type and

date but have been much altered; windows enlarged and

modern dormers added.
