Statement of Interest

A good late 19th century example of commercial architecture in the predominantly early 19th century Cathcart Street, built to provided access from Sandgate to the New Church in Fort Street (see separate list description). Of particular interest is the gabletted central bay which echoes that of the earlier pediments to both the former Relief Church and 7 and 9 Cathcart Street (see separate list descriptions).
