Early 19th century. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with modern shopfronts at ground floor. Coursed squared sandstone; ashlar dressings. 1st floor cill course; modillioned cornice; blocking course. Margins to upper floor windows.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central square-headed entrance to close (leading to No 108); entrance to left to shop to left, glazed timber door with letterbox fanlight, shop window to right; central entrance to shop to right, 2-leaf modern glazed door, flanking shop windows. Regular fenestration to upper floors. 2 piended dormers at attic.
12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; brick stacks; circular cans.
INTERIORS: not seen 1998.
To outer left above blocking course is the higher level but identical cornice and blocking course to the earlier No 104 (now demolished).
