Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 2-bay tenement with modern shopfront at ground floor. Painted coursed and squared sandstone. Cornice to shopfront; cill course at 2nd floor; cornice; blocking course. Architraved windows at upper floors.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to shop at ground floor; 2-leaf modern glazed door; flanking shop windows. Regular closely spaced fenestration to upper floors.

Timber sash and case windows (6-pane to upper sashes) at upper floors. Grey slate roof; broad brick gablehead stacks (rubble and brick to left); circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.

Continuous cill course, cornice and blocking course with Nos 124 and 126 (see separate list description).
