Description

Later 19th century street frontage, possibly incorporating 18th century fabric; rear wing dated 1759. 2-storey and attic L-plan range. Dark whinstone, contrasting tooled sandstone ashlar dressings. Narrow 3-bay Carmelite Street frontage with original ground floor shops front of paired windows with entrance in outer bay closed by double leaf plank doors. 3 lst floor windows; 2 canted wallhead dormers.

2-bay rear wing with large lst floor windows and 2 piended wallhead dormers.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows; corniced end stacks; slate roofs.
