Description

Early 19th century possibly incorporating earlier work. 2-storey,

4-bay house. Ashlar ground floor and dressings, tooled ashlar 1st floor, all painted. Broad bandcourse between ground and lst floors; 2 tripartites in lst floor, 1 above entrance, 1 in outer right (E) bay; 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Single corniced end stack; slate roof.

INTERIOR: swagged and corniced plaster ceiling frieze in former 1st floor drawingroom (now office): similar detailing to carved wooden chimneypiece.
