Deep cornice between ground and lst floor; 3 substantial lst floor tripartes within large shaped gables; sash and case glazing. Paired windows in ground and 1st floor of S return gable with 4-pane glazing, also sash and case. Concrete corniced end stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Ground floor of house appears circa 1850 while the lst floor corresponds with 1897 datestone. The use of ashlar dressings in the ground floor and concrete (common in late l9th century Banffshire coastal settlements) re-enforces this dating. Former stables to rear not included in listing.
