Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Mixed random rubble frontage, painted ashlar dressings and margins. Centre entrance with pilastered and consoled corniced doorpiece and panelled door; regular fenestration with 12-pane timber sash and case glazing. Late l9th century wallhead canted dormers in outer bays with 4-pane glazing.

Flat skews; corniced end stacks; slate roof. Pend entrance at extreme left, the gap between nos 11 and 13 Fife Street infilled with brick walling almost to wallhead height.

GARDEN WALLS: rear garden enclosed by rubble walls heightened with brick.
