Description

Mid 19th century, possibly with earlier fabric. 2-storey, wide 3-bay. Harled rubble, painted reveals. Doorway with flanking window; former gighouse entry now glazed.

3 widely spaced lst floor windows; small, single storey and attic

former stable wing at E gable. Entry through segmental-headed pend arch. Multi-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Single ridge stack; slate roof. Rubble garden wall.

Statement of Interest

Access through pend shared with No 4A Low Street. Garden walls shared with No 2. The building has probably seen many uses, but incorporated gighouse and stable before refurbishment in l980s.
