Description

J.R.H. MacDonald (John MacDonald Contractors Ltd.) 1933. International style. 2-storey roughcast and whitewashed with brick sills and base course. Stepped flat roof. 2-window asymmetrical north front, central single-storey open porch with broad French window, asymmetrically placed within it, curved north angle with 6-light windows carries round to

north west elevation with porch; south west elevation irregular fenestration. South east elevation door (now blocked) with canopy over and stepped chimney breast. Original glazing. Harled garden wall with brick cope.
